These terms apply to your use of workdecisions.uk and its calculators, articles and other website content. The site is operated by Airborne Media & Consultancy Ltd.

Planning tools, not professional advice

Work Decisions UK provides general information and calculation tools for personal planning. Results depend on the figures entered and on simplifying assumptions explained on the relevant pages. Nothing on this website constitutes employment, legal, tax, financial, pension or other professional advice.

You are responsible for checking information that materially affects a decision, including contractual terms, pay arrangements, tax treatment, pension rules, childcare support and employment rights. Authoritative guidance or appropriately qualified professional advice should be used where necessary.

Shift-rota and leave planning

Shift and annual-leave planning tools only arrange dates around a repeating roster entered by the user. They do not calculate statutory or contractual leave entitlement, determine how leave should be deducted, interpret bank-holiday rights, approve leave requests or replace an employer's published roster or leave system.

Suggested dates must be checked against your current roster, leave balance, contract and employer procedures before any booking, travel commitment or other decision is made.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep calculations and explanatory content clear and useful, but we do not guarantee that every result will be complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Browser behaviour, incorrect inputs, changed rules or unusual working arrangements can all affect whether a calculation is appropriate.

The website may be changed, updated, suspended or withdrawn without notice. Individual tools may also be revised as we improve the service.

Your use of the site

You may use the website for lawful personal and business planning. You must not deliberately interfere with the operation or security of the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated activity in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, calculator implementations and original written content are owned by or licensed to the operator of Work Decisions UK. Normal personal use, linking and quotation permitted by law are unaffected.
